Request deletion of Escobita data
Escobita does not create its own user accounts. This page provides a way to request data deletion; it is not an automatic deletion tool for cloud saved games.
Email a deletion requestHow to request deletion
Email contact@escobita.com with the subject “Escobita — Data deletion request”. Specify which data you want deleted (for example, statistics, a game in progress, preferences, or feedback form submissions). You can also use our website feedback form, clearly identifying your message as a deletion request and providing a way to contact you.
What data you can request to delete
You can request deletion of data that Escobita controls and can identify, such as messages and contact information submitted through the website feedback form. For game data stored in Google Play Games Saved Games (statistics, game in progress, and preferences), we will review your request and explain the options available through Google. We cannot promise to directly erase information from a Google account we cannot access.
Local data and backups
Escobita stores local game data on your device. You can delete it through Android app storage settings or by uninstalling the app, but this may erase your progress. Android Auto Backup may retain or restore certain copies. Turning off a Cloud Save category stops future syncing for that category; it does not automatically delete data already stored with Google Play Games.
Verification, timing and limits
We may request minimal information to verify the request concerns your data; we will never ask for passwords or sign-in codes. We will acknowledge and respond within applicable legal deadlines, normally within one month for GDPR requests, or explain if more time is needed. Some information may be retained when required by law or justified legitimate needs. Data managed directly by Google is also subject to Google's own controls and policies.
